Luftbild Kappeln an der Schlei & Ellenberg | Im Norden des Stadtteils Ellenberg befindet sich der Wanderpfad „Holzweg“, der durch ein Wäldchen zu einem Aussichtspunkt direkt an der Schlei führt und eine kleine Landzunge bietet, die sich in die Schlei erstreckt. Dieser Ort eignet sich gut für Picknicks mit Blick auf Maasholm, Schleimünde und das Ostsee Resort Olpenitz. An der Haltestelle Ellenberg/Schleibrücke in Kappeln fahren Buslinien wie die Linie 1 und die Linie 712 ab.
